OUR BASIC CRITERIA

In recruitment and the award of titles, we seek the necessary conditions, such as expertise and experience, to ensure that the task is performed in the best possible way. We take care that our colleagues are assigned to the most efficient staff according to their qualifications. In conducting personal affairs, we are align with law, justice and goodwill rules. CES INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

CES Internship Program offers the opportunity to experience CES corporate culture, working principles, production and management systems. Interns who have successfully completed the internship program will be among the strongest candidates in the recruitment process of the organization after their graduation. We aim to improve the technical knowledge/skills and behavioral competencies of the interns. Accordingly: In the first place, placement is done based on the studied department of the interns and the interns are provided with an access to all technical information which falls under the duties/ responsibilities of the relevant department by complying with the principles of confidentiality. Interns are enabled to learn the graphics, drawings, accounting, etc. and particular ERP program.

  • Internship must be compulsory.

  • Being a student of Vocational High school, Vocational School of Higher Education, or Associate Degree student is must.

  • Being a 3rd or 4th grader in undergraduate programs of universities whose language of study is English. (There may be exceptions by department, i.e, Industrial Design)

  • Having a GPA of 2.5/4.00 and above.

  • The general health insurance premiums of the interns must be covered by the school in accordance with the Law No. 5510. Work accidents and occupational diseases are exceptional situations.

  • In undergraduate programs, the internship period must last minimum 20 to maximum 72 working days. (Saturdays are not included in the internship period.)

  • The duration of the internship should take place within the internship periods published on the official website.

APPLICATION AND
APPROVAL PROCESS

Applications must be done via staj@ces.com.tr on the announced application dates.
Required documents:
1. Internship Application Form
2. Approved Transcript (Last Semester)
3. Motivation Letter

Applications of candidates who do not meet the minimum qualifications specified in the application criteria and apply with incomplete documents will not be evaluated.
Applicants whose internship applications are positive will be invited to Internship Program Interview.
Applicants whose interviews are evaluated negatively can reapply next semester if they meet the grade criteria.
Internship Program Periods
Applications are accepted among the students who are forwarded to us from the schools where we have agreed with the protocols for the interim internship programs. 2021 Summer Term internship applications are received between March 26 and April 16.
Decided internship program periods are as follows:
1st Period: 14.06.2021 – 09.07.2021
2nd Period: 12.07.2021 – 06.08.2021
3rd Period: 09.08.2021 – 06.09.2021
